METHOD OF USE:
Salts:
Massage the crystals in your body gently and with enough salt (using a terry bath glove), then rinse with warm water. This is best done during the shower. You can repeat the procedure as many times as you want per week.
Body Oil:
With a small amount of the oil, smear your hands, feet and body, massaging in gentle circular movements until the oil is fully absorbed by your skin. Focus on problem areas such as hands, elbows, knees and rougher areas of skin.
