METHOD OF USE:
Salts:
During the shower, take as much as a tablespoon of salt and rub it into your body. Focus on rough areas such as elbows, knees, heels and others. Finally, rinse with water and dry the whole body. It should be used once a week for effective exfoliating action.
Body Oil:
With a small amount of the oil, smear your hands, feet and body, massaging in gentle circular movements until the oil is fully absorbed by your skin. Focus on problem areas such as hands, elbows, knees and rougher areas of skin.
