ORDER AND DELIVERY
The order from the website www.premierskincare.eu can be made 24 hours a day, on weekends and official national holidays. Orders can be placed by phone on working days between 9am and 6pm. When finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products you have selected, as well as the delivery and contact information - if necessary, you can make the appropriate changes. You will be notified by e-mail to confirm your order, after which our consultant will contact you to inform you when it will be sent and delivered, as well as to specify other details. In the case of an initial order, a call from our side will be mandatory, and for each subsequent order it will not be necessary, unless there are changes subject to comment.
An order from the website www.premierskincare.eu can be made both by registered users and by guest users. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day will be sent the same day, respectively received the next working day. It is possible for orders to be received after 2 to 4 days from the date of the order, according to the customer's place of residence and the delivery schedule of the courier company (courier companies deliver to some small towns 1-2 days a week). Orders are sent to the entire territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the first possible working day.
Orders placed over the phone or through the website will be processed with the same priority.
PRICE AND DELIVERY
The final amount due is the sum of the amounts of each individual product that the buyer has claimed. All prices are inclusive of VAT and it is included in the price of the products. All prices are in Bulgarian levs. A receipt is attached to each order (or an invoice for a legal entity upon prior request). The price for the delivery itself is NOT charged to the buyer, unless it is less than BGN 100. For orders under BGN 100, the delivery price is paid by the buyer in the amount of BGN 6.50 for each order. We do not offer a "View and test" option before you pay for shipping.
PAYMENT METHOD
1. Cash on delivery – the buyer pays the full amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order.
2. Payment by bank transfer - the order is processed and sent by the seller only after the payment of the due amount by the buyer has been received in the bank account of the seller. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer owes nothing to the courier.

In our online store, we offer various card payment options to make it easier for our customers.
